I believe that what we become depends on what our fathers teach us at odd moments, when they aren't trying to teach us.

Pardon my ignorance but does "NZ" stand for New Zeland?

Either way... Great Picture!!!!

Hi Vic Its quite processed. First it is shot in Infra RAW, then I swap channels to make reds go to blue, the natural IR image is pink and red, the image is then tonemapped to give the heaviness and atmosphere of clouds and steam and then I denoise it to remove unwanteed grain then I sharpen it so you could cut yourself on it :) So yes it is probably far removed from the original shot. But still try to obey rules of composition Ie Thirds, S + C curves etc. Also, my camera is modified Nikon...it can only take IR. Some people hate IR and what I do with it :) I have fun with it! Its only light...not playing with anyones lives! :)

Cheers

Ant
